While not being a condition of the full refund, we do highly recommend at least 4 pre-test lessons in preparation for your test. This website covers everything in detail for Irish Driving Test, but the practical experience gained from driving lessons is also essential. Learn all the information in the comfort of your home and practice with an instructor!
Terms and Conditions
1. Refunds shall only be given to ISM ONLINE PRETEST subscribers who fail their test. The refund only relates to the €19.95 paid to ISM ONLINE PRETEST. It does not relate to any money spent on lessons
2. Users must have subscribed to the website at least 7 days before their test date.
3. Users can request a reactivation on membership to prepare for their next test
4. Our records must show that users have logged onto the site and used it at least 5 times. (Basically we need to see that users have actually studied the site in detail)
5. Your test date and location must be filled in on Profile page so we have a record of them
To avail of refund simply email
- a copy of your test failure sheet
- confirmation of payment email (we need transaction id for refund payment)
- username and password
